APPENDIX 1

CONTEST RULES – EXTERNAL

The MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION EXPERIENCE contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by MILLSTREAM VILLAGE (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest commences at 8:00 AM (PDT) on APRIL 17TH, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PDT) on MAY 3RD, 2026.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To enter and be eligible to win, each entrant must:

• Be a legal resident of Canada.

• Be at least 19 years of age.

• Not be an employee or immediate family member of the Sponsor.

3. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. To participate:

• Scan the Contest QR Code, enter the required information, and submit; OR

• Complete a physical ballot at participating stores.

Note: There is no maximum entry limit per person. Entries must comply with all Entry Conditions regarding intellectual property and appropriate content.

4. PRIZE

• Twelve (12) prizes available.

• Total estimated retail value of approximately $180 CAD per prize.

• Each prize consists of two (2) tickets for a Brunch Experience at Milestones Grill + Bar on May 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

• Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutions. Only one prize per participant.

5. WINNER SELECTION

• Draw Date: MAY 4TH, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM (PDT).

• Winners will be contacted via email or phone.

• Potential winners must confirm acceptance within 48 hours of notification.

6. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

• Sign a Declaration and Release form.

• Attend the event at 2401 Millstream Road, Langford, BC on May 7, 2026. Failure to attend results in forfeiture.

7. RELEASE & PUBLICITY

By entering, participants release the Sponsor from liability. Winners grant the Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their entry, name, and likeness for marketing and publicity purposes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost data, or injury resulting from participation. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process.

9. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Contest or the Rules at any time without prior notice.
